Our rain boots is “Made in Japan”, high quality item.

We would like to explain the difference between “Made in Japan” and the others.

 

A lot of the other products use potassium rubber, our product uses vinyl chloride.

The difference is the weight, durability and its resistance to light. It is UV-cut item so it protects the kids from UV.

 

There are differences in the production procedure.

 

Generally, the body and sole part of the boots is produced separately and glued.

However, our product is integral structured so it is easy to walk and have no gap between the sole and body for the water to soak in.

 

The fact that our rain-boots have no gap between the sole and body creating no space for water to soak in is a definite strong point over other rain-boots on market.

 

Even in Japan, there are only few factories that has ability to produce in this method. This special method is the key to make our product high quality.

 

Moreover, we also make our mold in special way.

Normally, in other countries, “casting mold” is common but we use “shaving forging” method. The difference is  with casting mold, the metal will get poured after the model got produced but with shaving forging, the metal get shaved directly, so the end-product will get a stable quality, smoother surface and less defective products than the casting mold.

 

With the design of sole, we asked the shoe fitter.

13 – 15 cm is a difficult size to design. It is because that 13 – 15 cm boots get wore by 1 – 3 years old kid. There for our boots especially with 13 – 15 cm designed so the cuteness of the boots remains along with keeping the grip for safety. For all size boots, safety was strongly considered when designing and especially for 13 – 15 cm.

 

 

The logo is designed on the instep of the boots. This is a difference from other brands.

The brand name appears more clearly and moreover, it is different from the other. Difference is an important factor in fashion.

 

The color selection we prepared are not child looking so please wear our fashionable rain-boots on a rainy day and others will definitely think that it is very cool and fashionable.
