Payment

The payment will be the price of item you purchase + shipping fee.

Consumption tax (8%) will be included in the total price of your purchase.
Moreover there will be a case to ask for an extra cost to repack the product in order to avoid an accident during shipping process.

 

Tariff

There will be a case where customer will be asked to pay the tariff. Please note that the tariff will be covered by the customer-side. The rate of tariff varies by every country, there for we recommend our customers to check beforehand with your country’s custom office.

 

Shipping fee

Regarding to purchase made from foreign countries (Beside Japan), Shipping free service will not apply. Therefore the shipping cost will be covered by customer side. We can use the shipping service that customer expect such as AIR, By Ship, EMS Service, SAL, DHL, FedEx, etc. however, there is an case where we can’t due to the destination, size of shipping, etc.

After checking your information, we will reply to you through email with estimated total of your purchase + shipping fee..

In the case where customer want to find out the estimation of total cost before purchasing, please contact to us through our contact menu or contact us with email with your information (Your Address, Your Name, Zip-code, Telephone Number, Email Address) and we will reply back to you with the estimated cost.
